The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) has created a series of free online tutorials to help individuals learn about mental health and Addiction. Harm Reduction offers learners an overview of harm reduction, the benefits of harm reduction in the area of substance use, and practical strategies for putting the principles of harm reduction into use.
This guide is for people who:
work in non-clinical roles in the substance use and mental health fields
have family or friends with substance use or mental health problems
encounter people with substance use or mental health problems through their work
